PT Finnet Indonesia (Finnet) has once again demonstrated its commitment to superior corporate governance by successfully earning the title of "Trusted Company" at the 2025 Indonesia Most Trusted Companies Award, part of the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) program. Held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta, the award was presented to companies deemed consistent in implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
The 24th CGPI this year was themed "Building Dynamic Corporate Capabilities within a Good Corporate Governance Framework." This theme highlights the importance of companies' ability to continuously adapt, strengthen organizational capabilities, and accelerate innovation while upholding transparency, accountability, independence, and integrity.
The award was received by the President Director of PT Finnet Indonesia, Rakhmad Tunggal Afifuddin, after the company underwent an evaluation process covering commitment, systems, documentation, and the effectiveness of GCG implementation across all operational lines.
"The CGPI is proof that Finnet is committed to building dynamic capabilities that are agile and imbued with integrity. With a solid GCG foundation, we are ready to move more agilely, continue to innovate, and deliver sustainable growth," said Rakhmad.
The CGPI program, organized by SWA and the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) since 2001, is a corporate governance research, ranking, and development initiative aimed at encouraging improved GCG quality through in-depth evaluation, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
This recognition further reinforces Finnet's position as a fintech service provider committed to transparent, accountable, and integrity-based corporate governance. Finnet consistently prioritizes the implementation of GCG principles in every business process to ensure safe, reliable, and responsible services for all stakeholders.
Furthermore, Finnet is strongly committed to maintaining service integrity, including the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) principles, as well as strengthening personal data protection. These efforts are bolstered through the use of AI-based technology for early detection of suspicious transactions, automated identity verification to maintain merchant integrity, and enhanced security based on machine learning. Finnet is also supported by various security and compliance certifications, ensuring all its services meet national and international industry standards.
"This Trusted Company designation demonstrates Finnet's commitment to consistently implementing Good Corporate Governance. With a strong governance foundation, we hope to continue strengthening our integrity, security, and service innovation to support sustainable growth and maintain the trust of all stakeholders," Rakhmad concluded.
