PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) has once again earned international recognition for its consistent implementation of sustainable business operations and human resource management. For the fifth consecutive year, Telkom was included in Forbes' World's Best Employers 2025 list, marking a prestigious achievement that Telkom has successfully maintained and strengthened its position as a leading, globally competitive digital telecommunications company.

On the World's Best Employers 2025 list, Telkom ranked #345 out of 900 selected companies worldwide. This achievement places Telkom above several other Indonesian companies also included in the rankings. Furthermore, Telkom also ranked ninth globally in the telecommunications services category, surpassing other telcos, such as Vodafone UK, Telenor Norway, Etisalat UAE, SingTel Singapore, China Mobile, Telstra Australia, and BT Group UK.

Telkom's Director of Human Capital Management, Willy Saelan, said, "Receiving another award from an international institution like Forbes is a very meaningful recognition for Telkom. We are proud to be among the world's best companies, which is proof that Telkom continues to be on the right track in creating a superior, competitive, and talent-focused work environment."

The World's Best Employers ranking was created by Forbes in collaboration with global market research firm Statista through a survey involving more than 300,000 employees from 50 countries working at various multinational companies. Respondents were asked to rate and recommend their companies based on several key aspects, such as talent development, employee welfare, and work flexibility. The survey results were then processed to produce a list of the world's best companies, deemed capable of creating an excellent and inclusive work environment.

In an effort to strengthen its competitiveness and maintain relevance amidst ever-changing industry dynamics, Telkom has implemented the Digital Ways of Working (BISA) to instill an adaptive and results-oriented digital work culture. This initiative serves as a crucial foundation for the company's continued survival and growth in a highly dynamic business environment. These Digital Ways of Working encourage every Telkom employee to take calculated risks, uphold integrity, provide excellent service to all stakeholders, and act quickly, find solutions, and be innovative in the face of change.

"This achievement is the result of the synergy and dedication of all TelkomGroup employees who have supported the creation of a positive work environment. By implementing the Digital Ways of Working (BISA), we are optimistic that Telkom will continue to grow as a company capable of attracting and developing superior Indonesian talent to work and contribute to the TelkomGroup," Willy concluded.
